He actually delivered my delayed bags to me from Las Romanas airport and told me he would like to provide services for my departure. He quoted his fee and it was reasonable. Guillermo checked in daily about flight details and changes to ensure that my appt time for travel would be accommodated. He showed up 20 mins early before scheduled time to get to airport which reflects his value of customer time. I tipped him almost double because his service was excellent and above and beyond. We meet Guillermo on our first visit to the DR on the first day after arriving from the airport. He was very professional and we choosed him to take us everywhere.
